Bharadwaj Consultants was founded by Late Sri.G.K.Dutt, an Advocate who specialized in Labour Laws along with his son Murali Dutt, way back in the '60s.

G.K. Murali Dutt, BA,LL.B,PG DBA, a third generation Advocate, in 1976, veered away from the established family business in the legal world. The firm started offering Services in the space outsourced by HR departments of many business organizations, both small and big. He offered specialized services as Consultants in Industrial Law & Personnel Management, with focus on Statutory compliance & related Record Keeping Protocols, Ensuring statutory compliance and as Statutory Record Keepers.

In 1987 H.S.Suresh joined Murali Dutt & both have strived to make M/s Bharadwaj Consultants rise to the highest echelons in the profession. In 1992 they started another firm M/s Jupiter & Company.
Over the time, a few hundred organizations in several states have become the clients of M/s Bharadwaj Consultants which has come to be known for fair, transparent and efficient services. This includes several Management Consulting Firms, 100% EOUs', Hospitals, Educational Institutions, temples and a number of well known technology and other business establishments.

Murali Dutt developed his firm’s capabilities in settling issues out of court negotiated settlements of disputes. He is known for his drafting. He dabbled in Journalism too when he ran a legal Magazine "LAWS & VIEWS" for a couple of years.

Bharadwaj Consultants has received a number of letters of appreciation and other accolades from various clients since 1976. They have been regularly invited by the Builders Association for rendering opinions on the various labour matters and on policy decisions and for representations to the Government. They came to be a force to reckon when trade union leaders acknowledged their fairness in handling and started accepting their terms without contesting.
